- An interactive Tai Chi demonstration (beginner-friendly)
- Guest speaker Jordan Payne, Occupational Therapist (Mitchell Integrative Therapy), presenting “Fighting Frailty”

Frailty can affect strength, balance, confidence and independence, but small steps can make a big difference.
In this practical session, Jordan Payne (Occupational Therapist, Mitchell Integrative Therapy) will share simple ways to:
- improve balance and mobility
- reduce falls risk
- build strength safely
- stay active and independent for longer
Great for: older adults, carers, family members, and anyone supporting ageing well.
