ADSSI Limited today announced that its Chief Executive Officer, Jenni Allan, will retire after 20 years of dedicated service.

Ms Allan joined the organisation in 2004 as the Finance Manager and has since held various leadership roles, including Finance Operations Manager and 2IC, and ultimately was appointed CEO in November 2010. Under her stewardship, ADSSI (of which Adssi In-home Support, Beresfield Community Care, Dungog & District Neighbourcare and Maitland Community Care Services operate) has undergone a remarkable transformation, navigated several mergers and successfully tendered millions of dollars in new services such as Veterans Home Care and Out-of-Hospital Care.

“I am filled with immense pride and appreciation for the opportunities and experiences that have come my way during my tenure and am grateful to have witnessed and contributed to the growth and evolution of this exceptional organisation”, Jenni stated.

Alison Tattersall, Chair of the ADSSI Board, said that as CEO, Jenni has led ADSSI through significant challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic.

“On behalf of the ADSSI Board and the entire organisation, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to Jenni for her exceptional leadership and unwavering commitment.

“We wish her all the best in her retirement and look forward to building upon the strong foundation that she has established.”

The ADSSI Board is actively recruiting for a new CEO who will uphold the values that define the organisation and lead it into an even more prosperous future.

Jenni will continue to prioritise the organisation, staff, volunteers, and clients until her retirement, which is expected to take effect on/after the Annual General Meeting on 26 November.
